At Nicole & Baby, we aim to make every purchase a seamless and enjoyable experience from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door. We take great care in packaging and dispatching each item to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.


Processing Times

All orders are carefully processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
During busy periods, promotional sales, or public holidays, processing times may be extended slightly, but we always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details, allowing you to monitor your parcel’s journey in real time.


Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within Australia.
For express delivery or international orders, additional shipping fees may apply. These charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalise your purchase.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times can vary depending on your location and the postal or courier service used. The following time frames are estimates only and are provided as a general guide.

Domestic (Australia):

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (where available): 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery times to regional or remote areas may take longer than the above estimates.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays (such as weather events, postal disruptions, or peak holiday seasons) are unfortunately beyond our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link.
You can use this link to follow your parcel’s progress at any time. If you experience any issues with tracking updates or delivery delays, our customer service team will be happy to assist.


Shipping Destinations

Domestic Shipping:
We ship to all addresses within Australia, including residential, business, and P.O. boxes.

International Shipping:
For customers outside Australia, we welcome international inquiries. Please contact us via the Contact Us section on our website or email us directly at contact@nicoleandbaby.com before placing your order.
Our team will be happy to provide a shipping quote, estimated delivery times, and any additional information regarding customs requirements or duties that may apply to your country.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes applicable in their destination country.


Additional Information

  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Once an order has been shipped, Nicole & Baby cannot redirect parcels, so please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • In the rare event that your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist promptly.
